For this workout, I followed a one hour and half workout routine on youtube. It was mainly a muscular endurance workout but it did include some cardio in it. It did include exercises such as, plank, squat, crunches, set up and Russian twists. I followed the instructor in the video and took a break when she did. I also followed her repetitions and sets. The intensity of this workout was a bit hard. It included some hard exercises that require a lot of muscular endurance such as one hand plank.
