I followed someone’s workout on YouTube. This workout lasted for 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is a muscular endurance workout. It included exercises such as squat crunches plank. Each exercise was repeated 6 times and there was 2 seconds pause time between each set. The intensity of this workout was medium as I found some exercises hard to do. The overall workout was a bit boring as all the exercises were basics.
