Fall 2021, post#16, YouTube workout

 







I followed a YouTube workout. The workout is 1 hour 20 long. It consisted of 4 sets of set ups, Russian twists, push ups, squats, side jumps. Each exercise was performed 20 times. Every 5 times I took a 20 seconds break. The workout is muscular endurance and it’s intensity was medium. I found it a bit tiring to complete.
