Fall 2021, workout post#13, Boxing class.

 This workout was performed during the last gym class on Monday. It consisted of a cardio and  muscular endurance. There were 4 stations, cardio, muscular endurance, boxing and kicking. I had to do the exercises with my gym partner. For every station we had to do it for around 2 minutes or something. The muscular endurance included 10 squats, 10 push ups and 10 set ups. While the other station we had to do as many as we can during the period of time. Between every station we took a break of 15 seconds or so. We respected each station 3 times. The intensity of the workout is medium, we did face some difficulties since we were sore after the snowboarding day. However, we didn’t feel exhausted doing this workout.
