For this workout I followed a yoga YouTube video. The workout was an hour 12 minutes. It’s a flexibility workout. I chose to do it to feel less sore after the snowboarding trip. I followed the instructor for every pose. Each pose lasted around 20-30 seconds then we took a 10 seconds break. The intensity of this workout was medium as it included some hard poses that required balance. However everything else was easy to do.
