Went on a morning walk to start my day fresh. This walk lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is a light cardio workout. The intensity of this workout was light. The purpose of was to help me wake up and feel dynamic in the morning. I started this walk around 7:30 and ended it around 9. It was really relaxing to watch the sunset. I did not take many pauses during the walk.
