Fall 2021, workout#9, yoga

 






This is a flexibility workout. I followed a YouTube yoga workout that is 1 hour 30 minutes long. The workout consisted of many poses and each pose lasted for 5-10 seconds. Then, it is a 2 seconds break between the poses. Each pose was repeated 5 times. The intensity of the yoga session was medium as it included some hard poses that required a lot of balance. Overall, the workout helped me stretch my back muscles and reduce the pain and stress that they were going through. It is a really good choice during the finals stress.
