For this workout, I repeated the same yoga workout from Wednesday. I am focusing on stretching to reduce the soreness of my body. The workout lasted for around 1h12minutes. I followed the instructor and we did every pose for around 20-30 seconds and took 10 seconds break between poses. The poses were repeated 5 times after they we were done. The intensity was easy as I did the workout already
