I did light cardio when I went on a late night walk with my friend Tuesday (November the 2nd). The intensity of this work out was not hard. I needed to calm down and reduce my anxiety and stress level before my physics midterm that took place the next morning. We walked for 6.29 kilometer in about an hour and 27 minutes. We burned 6767 calories according to the fitness app. This activity was very soothing and helped me sleep better before my exam. This exercise is the beginning of the program dedicated to my weak cardiovascular level. By each post I'll be working on my cardio to improve it. My goal is to improve my cardio and muscle strength level and have fun while doing it. School Stress and time management are barriers that prevent me most of the time from sticking to my fitness program. A way to remove this barrier is to organize and follow a planned weekly schedule.
