For 1 hour and 15 minutes I did a group of muscular endurance and muscular strength exercises. First I started with jumping jacks to warm up. I did as many as I can in 2 minutes. Then I did a plank for 1 minutes took break for 20 seconds and repeated it 3 times. After that I did Russian twists while holding 2 Kg to make it a bit challenging. I did as many as I can in 3 minutes took a break for 20 seconds then repeated the routine 2 times. I also used an elastic to work the muscles of my arms and back. I held the elastic closer to the center to make it a bit challenging. I stretched the elastic 20 times then took 5 seconds break and repeated the exercises. Moreover I did some crunch up and side lounges for 20 minutes. 10 minutes for each exercise and I took 20 seconds break between them. I did as many as I can during this 20 minutes. Finally I did 30 minutes hula hoop work out as I enjoyed it a lot last week. After each 10 minutes I took a minute break then restarted. the intensity of this workout was really hard as I needed to challenge my old record and do more exercise. my muscles felt very tired afterward
