 I followed an one hour thirty yoga video on YouTube. This is a flexibility exercise and sometimes muscular endurance as it requires balance for some exercise. I did poses and held them for 10 seconds then took 2 seconds break and switched to the other side or repeated them. I followed everything the yoga instructor in the video did. The intensity for this work out was not very hard. It was very relaxing and helped my back pain
