Fall 2021, Post#5 late rainy night walk

 





Went on a late night walk to enjoy the rainy weather. Despite how many people hate rainy days, I personally find them very nice and relaxing and enjoy the sound of the rain. This workout lasted approximately two hours. I started on côte saint-luc and walked all the way to queen Marry. I walked through monkland village and enjoyed the empty roads and the haunted vibes it radiated. I took a break almost every 30 minutes or so because of my feet pain that I have been experiencing lately. The workout is considered to be light cardiovascular activity and it was not very intense. Expect for my feet pain which is not related to the intensity of the work out I did not feel like stopping to take a break at all. It is a wonderful activity to relax and clear the mind.

  1. Hi Salma, make sure to post 2 workouts per week. You should be at 8 workouts so far.
